Before You Open the File: Submitting this form opens your case and begins the booking process, but does not constitute a confirmed engagement. Your date is not held, no production begins, and no resources are committed until a signed agreement and 50% deposit are received. The remaining 25% is due 7 days prior to the event, and the final balance is due on the day of completion, or as otherwise negotiated per the signed contract. The event organizer assumes full responsibility for ensuring all attendees are of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction, that the venue complies with all applicable local regulations regarding tobacco, and that any permits required for tobacco use at the event are properly obtained.
